He needed a refill and asked the woman running foods to tables for a refill and said to ask the man at the counter, behind a huge line of people. Very rude and unacceptable. I won't eat at this grinders again. Same woman has been very unfriendly and unpleasant in my other visits too. She is apparently a shift manager too which is unacceptable.August 26, 2016
