  Stopped in for lunch yesterday with family and had high hopes of getting a decent meal while in town tending to a family member in hospice and left extremely disappointed. While perusing the menu, I was pretty shocked to learn that there were very limited gluten-free options on the menu. Most restaurants in the QC are more than accommodating to dietary restrictions and this was the first place I have been that didn't offer up at least gluten-free pasta or bother to highlight gluten-free options on the menu. I ended up ordering a cup of tomato bisque and a steak tribute salad. The soup tasted as though someone peeled open a can of Campbell's tomato soup, dumped it in a cup and called it a day. Lackluster at best. When my salad came, it definitely did not look the greatest (poor presentation) but I was so hungry I decided to convince myself to eat it otherwise. The steak was very tough and way over cooked when I had ordered it medium rare. It even tasted burnt in spots--way beyond a tasty char. If you are operating as a Steakhouse, you should be able to produce a properly cooked steak, even if it's just on a skewer and thrown in a salad. Another guest in our party had ordered a burger and it was the saddest looking burger I've ever seen in my life. It was as if they purchased a pack of frozen hockey puck shaped meat patties and threw it on a bun. I understand you are supposed to be known for your steaks, but it's not that difficult to patty out a burger fresh to order. Throw in a very snarky waiter with a touch of arrogance and the whole experience was just not pleasant to say the least.
  
  None of us felt like complaining at the time as we were all pretty emotionally defeated given what's been going on with our family so we just let it slide and decided to file it away as a restaurant we would likely not return to again. That was until I got very sick from my meal an hour later while visiting family in hospice.
  
  For the price we paid and the experience/food we had, definitely not worth it. You are better off crossing the river and eating at Biaggi's.

  Went for family dinner and we enjoyed it. Steak wasn't cooked how requested but was eaten still. Everything else was good
